It began with an idea from the creative mind of Ann Eisemann and blossomed from there. For over twelve years, Richardson Real Heroes has sought out outstanding individuals who go above and beyond, who unselfishly raise their hand when there is a need, who silently work to meet crucial needs for multitudes of organizations in the city of Richardson, Texas.

This is the platform where so many enterprises that greatly benefit from these generous individuals can honor their unsung heroes whose work provides such positive results for those they serve and those they inspire to serve.
