BONNIE KUDLICKI - BOARD CHAIR
Bonnie Kudlicki is Sr. Art Director/Graphic Designer. She has a B.F.A. from Texas A&M University majoring in Design Communications, and worked in event production for 22 years for a variety of clients such as The Dallas Cowboys, Baylor Health Care Foundation, Berkshire-Hathaway Home Services and Bridgestone. She has been on the Richardson Real Heroes board for the past five years, serving as co-chair last year. Additionally, she and her husband have produced the award recipient Hero video stories for the past two award years. Bonnie is on the Heights Park Neighborhood Association board serving as Publications/Design Chair for the past six years. She also volunteered at the Eisemann Center for several years. She was a member of the second class of Richardson C.A.R.E.S.
Bonnie and her husband Jeff Davis have lived in Richardson for over 40 years. She has a passion for this city, the performing arts, and is an active patron of dance and theatre.

DORIS BENNER
Doris was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and moved to Canyon Creek in 1973. After retiring as the Director of the Parkinson’s Center in Dallas, she pursued neighborhood involvement through Leadership Richardson Class VII, Dallas Crime Commission, HASR Chair, YWCA Board, Baylor/Richardson Medical Center Women’s Council President, COR Sign Control Board, and the COR Library Board.
Currently, Doris serves as Secretary of the Canyon Creek Homeowner’s Association Board, Chief Judge for the Canyon Creek 4th of July Parade, Volunteer in Police Service, Crime Watch Patroller for the Richardson Police Department, member of 100 Women of Richardson, and a student at Richland College. In addition to her time, she contributes financially to many organizations and is the Benefactor of the ‘Darbey’s StoryWalk’ at the Richardson Public Library.
Doris is blessed with three daughters, two granddaughters, and 6 grandsons. She is passionate about family, volunteering, writing, and sports – and spreads that enthusiasm throughout the community.

MANASSEH DURKIN
Manasseh Durkin of Durkin Enterprises, LLC is a second generation general contractor who has worked in all aspects of commercial and residential construction projects since 2003.
In 2013, Manasseh moved to Richardson, and began to expand his business and team in the surrounding areas by offering exceptional service and dedicating himself to becoming personally and professionally involved in his surrounding communities.
Manasseh demonstrates leadership by example and hopes to share his vision for community growth for generations to come with his active participation in the local community.

BETTE HODGES
Bette works at the World’s Most Famous Ranch, Southfork Ranch, where the show “Dallas” was filmed. She enjoys booking group tours and events and meeting the many true “Dallas” fans. Bette also owns a music publishing company and manages song copyrights.
Bette and her husband, David, have enjoyed living in Richardson and close to her alma mater, JJ Pearce High School, for the past 25 years. They are charter members of the JJ Pearce HOA Crime Watch Patrol. She also served on the JJPHOA Board for several years and worked on special projects with the City of Richardson to install sign toppers and entry features. Bette enjoys being involved with the City of Richardson and has attended the Richardson Citizen Fire Academy Class 20 and the Richardson Citizen Police Academy Class 33. She served on the RCPAAA Board and is currently a member of both organizations. She also attended Leadership Richardson Class XXX.
Bette is honored to be a Board member of the Richardson Real Heroes that recognizes the great volunteers of Richardson who help strengthen our City by giving back of their time.

ALICIA MARSHALL
Alicia along with her twin sister was born in Roswell, New Mexico. She has lived in Richardson since 1984.
Alicia works full-time but somehow carves out signficant time to volunteer. She works tirelessly for both the Richardson Citizens Police and Fire Academy Alumni Associations, serving in many officer positions and as a volunteer. She is a Richardson City Sign Control board member. She was a member of Leadership Richardson Class XXXIII and has been active in the Leadership Richardson Alumni Association. past Network of Community Ministries board member, Richardson inaugural C.A.R.E.S. class, Richardson East Rotary member, past President of HOA, Volunteer in Police Service, past Altrusa member, served as Chair of the “First Nights!” Gala Opening of the Eisemann Center and on the Hospitality Committee of the same event, past board member of Richardson Habitat for Humanity, and a volunteer for COR Recycling events.
Her incredible spirit and efforts earned her recognition as a Richardson Real Hero in 2020/2021. It should be no surprise that she in turn raised her hand to join the board in 2022. Alicia has one son, one daughter, three grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

REUBEN PRATT
Reuben is in HR/Treasury at CapturePoint, a company who provides carbon capture, transport, and permanent sequestration solutions for stakeholders seeking decarbonization. He has volunteered at Richardson High School with Junior Achievement program for over 20 years where he taught the Success Skills Program to the Co-op students. The students work on real-life skills to get that first job. They develop interview skills and prepare a resume, leading to a Mock Interview Day, where each student gets an opportunity to walk through a “real” interview with a volunteer with real world experience in hiring. At First Baptist Church Richardson, Reuben serves as a Deacon and involved with an Adult Bible Fellowship class where he co-teaches. Reuben also tutors Math, Science and Study Skills to students in the area. Reuben was named as a Richardson Real Hero in 2014 and has been on the RRH board since 2015. He has lived in the Richardson area for over 30 years and has recently moved to the Coppell area. Reuben has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Southwest Baptist University and a graduate Marketing degree from Southern Methodist University – Cox School of Business. He has two grown daughters living in the area.
